Thank you for ordering your dumpster with Dump Life Rentals. Please read this document thoroughly as it explains Dump Life Rentals will apply a 4% convenience fee on all credit card charges.

DUMPSTER ARRIVAL AND PICK-UP: Your dumpster can arrive ANYTIME throughout the day delivery was requested. Orders are not scheduled for delivery until documents submitted for signatures are returned. If documents are not returned in a timely manner, the delivery date may be pushed back.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SCHEDULING YOUR DUMPSTER PICK-UP. Call 321-335-4378 or e-mail us at Info@DumpLifeRentals.com . Failure to schedule your dumpster for pick up may cause service extension fees to be assessed. You are responsible for the dumpster and contents for the duration it is on site.

WEIGHT LIMIT: Please refer to your invoice for the weight included in your price. A disposal fee will be assessed if debris is over the weight limit. If this container is for ‘WOOD/YARD DEBRIS”, “CLEAN CONCRETE”, “DIRT”, “CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS”, or “ASPHALT” only, no other debris will be accepted. If a container has any other debris, it will be billed at a per ton charge for the total container weight at time of disposal.

UNSUCCESSFUL CONTAINER PICKUP OR DROP OFF ATTEMPTS: A fee will be charged for unsuccessful attempts as a result of vehicles, locked gates or fences, low power lines or tree branches, inaccessible driveways or parking lots, or any other reason(s) out of our control blocking access to pick-up/drop off the container. Fees will also be assessed if containers have materials heaped up or hanging over the sides, or containers too heavy to move. The fee will cover driver’s pay, fuel cost and time for rerouting and rescheduling which requires an immense amount of work. We are not responsible for the weather, therefore, there will be no adjustments in pricing due to wet debris.

PROHIBITED MATERIALS: There are some items that cannot go into the dumpster. See Terms and Conditions below for a partial list of prohibited items. Of note, tires and mattresses will be charged additional fees.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders canceled are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Orders canceled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
